I. Sleep Paralysis is a common sleeping condition that usually occur when a person is conscious while unable to move. a. According to Journal Of The National Medical Association,”Sleep paralysis is a state of consciousness experienced while waking from sleep or falling asleep. It is characterized by an experience of being unable to move for several seconds or minutes.” b. According to live sciences, there are many causes to Sleep paralysis. For instances one of the more common cause is our muscle being turn off when we are sleeping because when we dream, our body would not be able to act out the actions occurring in our dreams.
