Respondents were asked about their most-frequent activity. According to the findings of the study, the millennials’ most-frequent activity is internet-surfing. 70.6 percent of the respondents use the internet to connect with friends via social media applications while 60.9 percent use if for purposes of research. An ethical dilemma happens when two or more ethical principles conflict with one another. Ethical dilemmas are problematic situations in which it is not clear which choice will be the right one. The CP is stuck as to what to do next because there is not just one outcome that will satisfy the ethical principles as stated in the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW) Code of Ethics (Kirst-Ashman & Hull, 2012). According to the SASW (2017), the core values of social work are embedded in the ethical responsibilities, which are relevant to the professional activities of social workers.
Smartphone ownership by young adults has risen dramatically since 2012. These younger smartphone users are more likely to use location-based information services than older users. Over 80% of young adults also use social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Microsoft advertising has premium content that attracts young adults and effective targeting to get the message across efficiently when they are online.
Technology has been expeditiously changing over previous generations. Those born between 1946 - 1964 are classified as Baby Boomers, and from 1995 - 2012 are catergorised as Generation Z. Over the years, youths become more connected to their mobile phones and given up and lost real connections and relationships? The behaviour standards and the influence from Baby Boomers has significantly altered towards the youths over the past decades. Generation Z has an overall population of 82 million worldwide, with the oldest turning 23 and the youngest turning 6 (Robinson, 2018). A millennial is the title of anyone who is born after 1984. The author, Simon Sinek, is not a millennial, but does express his opinion in his informal lecture, “Millennials in the Workplace.” Sinek argues that all of the millennial’s issues stem from bad parenting, technology, impatience, and the environment and their long lasting effect the workplace. The only way to resolve the problem is to have corporate environments take responsibility and train the new employees to their standards. It is reasonable to agree with a majority of Sinek’s argument, but a corporation does not need to overcompensate; it is best to give millennials a push in the right direction and let them experience the world with the proper tools and skills necessary.

Stein mentions that the younger generation lives mostly through screens, whether those on phones, iPad’s, or computers, and believes someway that it is entitled to success without experiencing the rough situations in lifetime. Stein also presented studies showing that the incidence of narcissistic personality disorder among Millennials is massive.
