Zan corporation in their initial stages needs to establish a strong corporate culture to engage the potential talent which gives them a competitive advantage . I believe engaging the workforce starts from the top management (Executive )where they instill culture by communicating company mission and value of organization to influence the staff well- being which reciprocate into brand employment e.g the google strategy to have an attractive culture .
Storey 's argued influence of Line Managers on their subordinates (Gennard & Kelly, 1997:28) which means they are in direct contact with the employees to achieve quality work . Macleod& Clarke highlighted that line manager are at the heart of success in engaging the workforce and can be the vital source of leveraging to align their people goals to the firm objectives (2009:80). If employee values and goals are not same as of the companies then they will miss on participation to give their best to the firm which makes a burnout and fatigue workers . Therefore , these two roles are essential for creating the culture and strategic growth of the company
