Students should not drop out of college because college is the way to get their careers so they will have more job opportunities. If they stay in college, they will have more stability in the future since they will have more money. They should stay in college so they can be prepared for the future. Although parents would complain about students getting home at a later time, high school should start an hour later, because more sleep helps students get better grades and have overall better health. Sleep affects how we look, feel and perform on a daily basis, and can have a major impact on our overall quality of life. If it’s hard to perform daily tasks without sleep think of how hard it would be a student and keep up grades in high school without sleep. Usually this is the solution people think of when there is overcrowding. However what if there was a solution that could help save the town a ton of money! Well there is, and it is year round schooling. Students would alternate the dates they would be going to school and they wouldn’t have to
I personally believe that the Ohio State Academy would be a tremendous opportunity for me. I see the Academy as a way to get accustomed to the rigor of college, as well as an opportunity to push myself academically. It would allow me to graduate from college quicker, which would enable post-graduate studies to be a more feasible option. Rather then continuing to be held back in my education, the Ohio State Academy would let me excel past high school curriculum. Another major advantage of this post-secondary program is the, although counter-intuitive, ability to be more involved in my high school extracurricular activities.
Year round schools don’t help students learn more, they just spread out a long break that some people think will improve students learning. Even though year round schools support continuous learning they make continuous learning harder by adding many breaks in between the school year. Year round schools don’t keep the traditional school day and don’t help students learn more. Students that have school during the summer aren’t being real kids. Summer breaks are full of good memories and should be experienced by all.
Traditional school schedules have kids in school from late summer until late spring, the year-round schedule has kids in school all year but the difference is there are longer breaks in the year-round schedule. It is time to switch from the traditional schedule to the year-round schedule because students learn better and don’t lose information over a long summer break, is more convenient for everyone and reduces the stress of school and makes it more enjoyable. To begin students under the current school schedule where there is one long break in the summer are more vulnerable to losing the information they have learned the past year. Summer break causes students to forget material that they have learned which causes problems because it wastes

More and more schools are starting to move towards to the Year round school calendar. There are too many downsides to this form of education to count. It adds to costs, is harder to bring about, and worst of all, it takes away a huge portion of our much-allocated summer vacation. Many people think that year round schooling is good for education and allows students a more positive impact to
How does year-round of school, with a few breaks, help students with furthering their education ? A year-round of school with a few breaks will help the students brains regain more information about things they learn in school and makes sure that what they learn is helpful for them in the future. For example, school everyday will help keep the students knowledge they already have stay in there minds, help get them further ahead in their studies, and graduate and be done with school faster. It is most significant that year round of school will help keep the students knowledge they already have stay in their minds. It make them less likely for students to forget what they have learned .One could say that three months without school will
