Exercise and health
Ali Bader,was an enthusiastic young gentle man in his childhood through out to his teenage hood and finally in his mid thirties, he is those persons who used to love outdoor games and will forgo anything including meals and classes to go and play. He loved foot ball a lot and he used to have a ball for himself, he would invite friends regularly to have some fun especially after school. After his playful sessions he would come home very hungry and would eat a huge amount of whatever was cooked, he was always encouraged to take a bath before taking, his parents understood his playful nature and to control it they tell him on the importance of other life activities like class work. His father was a mechanic and his mother was working as a nutritionist in a local health centre so his parents would be busy and Ali would always get time to play his outdoor games with football as his favourite According to most research and experiences, health is directly linked to exercise. From a variety of co- relational studies, those people who performed more physical exercises had a better health as compared to those who lived a sedentary life style. Health is a wholesome wellness of human being and does not merely means the absence of a disease in the body. So engaging in physical exercise will always have a positive impact if done to the correct standard. First, Ali had a very good social health. He had learned on ways to interact with a variety of children from various backgrounds and with so different characters. The ability to cope with this children and solve their conflict as usual in playing ground, improved his emotional balance and this alleviated him from presenting with mental illnesses like stress and depression .Ali developed at an early age leadership and problem solving skills and this ensured his health state is
