1.1 Introduction to Cyberbullying According to Random House Dictionary (2015) cyberbullying is an act of harassing someone online by sending or posting mean messages on social media like Facebook, tweeter, blogs and others. It is in disguise mean that cyber bullying able visible their identities (Justin, Pamela and Regina, 2014) by using screen names and internet protocol addresses (Diana and Sidney, 2009) to make victim fell down or fell scare. These also can be reached a massive audience (Australian Human Rights Commissions, n.d.) at anywhere in any time and faster delivered because used of internet that spread worldwide via through the medium of electronic communications tools (Justin, Pamela and Regina, 2014) such as emails, social networking …show more content…

The finding on causes of cyberbullying is relationship tensions issues among the teenagers (Diana and Sidney, 2009). This happen because of teenagers can’t cope with their social tension well and as an adult especially a school administrator and a parents doesn’t play important role in understand and respond well to cyberbullying problems (Diana and Sidney, 2009). This problem contribute the teenagers to make choices either to speak or remind silent without reporting the cases to an adult included the parent and teachers (Justin, Pamela and Regina, 2014). The study find the four specific relationship tensions with are break ups, envy, intolerances and ganging up (Diana and Sidney, 2009). First, a course to cyberbullying is that breaks up from a relationship towards a feeling of anger (Diana and Sidney, 2009) and fell irritated because of rejections. Seconds, fell envy to see others have advantages in their life or jealously on certain achievement (Diana and Sidney, 2009) of others and can lead to frustrations. Thirds, the behavior of intolerances to others because of not have positive thinking and always small minded (Diana and Sidney, 2009) and tendencies to bullies others to fill better. Lastly, the cause of ganging up that likely same as a behavior intolerance but in deep meaning to rejected the persons from a group (Diana and Sidney, 2009) such as to establish own places or group in classes and rejected the unsuitable
