Introduction
Communication is the main elements of communication process. It is extremely important to transmit messages to others clearly and unequivocally. It is also inestimable in personal life and the global of business. Communication is a definitely must from business perspective because it sees the differences between success, failure, loss, and profit. An effective business communication is severe to a successful operation of an organization. In order to communicate, both the sender and receiver must be involves. However, some messages may process fraught with error and may misinterpreted by recipient. If this issue happen, it may create confusion and missed opportunity. People do not experience feelings, personal ideas, news, and encode or decode information only. However, it also involves share or create meaning. As a whole, communication is a way of connecting with people or even places. In an organization perspective, it’s a master key of managing an organization. It is very difficult and troublesome for an organization to operate their business without a communication between the employees, departments, and top level managers or supervisors.

From the diagram above, it stated clearly there are 8 elements of communication process. These are sender, receiver, message, medium, feedback, encoding, decoding, and noise.
Sender
The first step of communication process is sender. It develops an idea or information to be sent. The sender can make use of visual, words or even graphic to convey understandable messages. No matter is verbally or written, the sender must always select the appropriate medium to transmit messages to the recipients or audience else the messages may not be conveyed. Moreover, the advanced of technology, visual medium are becoming more popular as well. In addition, it is essential for the sender to select the most suitable medium of communication in order making the messages more effectively, efficiently, and accurately interpreted by recipients. For an example, oral medium communication involve when audience or recipients will immediate feedback to the sender as misunderstandings are cleared or not.
