Background
High level of employee turnover or mobility is not good for the organizations especially for the IT organization for various reasons. High mobility in the IT organizations indicates that either the IT organization does poor employee selection or the work environment of the company is not good for the employees. The IT organizations remain very much concern about their employee's mobility because the process strongly affects the business (Campbell 2012).

They always need to develop their product because all their products are depending on innovation and updates”(Somaya 2008). Sometimes the organization needs to hire employees from outside to use their expertise and efficiency for the IT organization. For hiring the good and efficient employees in the IT organization, selection procedure must be very accurate (Deepak 2008). Usually the IT organization hires the professional from another IT company. So, the selection procedure is very crucial and also most of the time the company has to offer more money to the employee.
