INTRODUCTION:
I. Plastic surgery are divide into two branches that are cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery. Cosmetic surgery is mainly people that desire to enhance his or her physical appearance while reconstructive surgery is focus to reconstruct the facial and body defects to improve functions. Normally the defects due to birth disorders, trauma, burns, and disease.
II. In today’s society, people gradually care more about their appearance than their inner beauty.
III. People who are dissatisfied with their appearances have alternative ways to improve the way they look, such as makeup, clothes, hairstyle. However, some people will choose to undergo cosmetic surgery to enhance their physical appearance.

Black market cosmetic surgery is when unlicensed and unqualified practitioners offer cheap, usually deadly, alternatives to authorized cosmetic procedures.
