Adoption in Islam
People consider adoption as an act of kindness and love. Islam, as a religion, is the greatest promoter of human rights. In numerous hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) the importance of a man is clearly mentioned for the one who embraces a child, cares for him, brings him up and makes him a capable citizen. Nevertheless, it is not necessary for everyone to adopt a child unless he has resources and is capable in handling his family expenses so then he should think of taking care of an adoptee.

How can adoptions increase “Many see adoption as a universal remedy for a host of problems from overpopulation to infertility” (psychologytoday.com). The process of adopting a child is very difficult. There are many problems with adoption such as cost, how long the process takes, and how many kids there are to adopt. To decrease the amount of time it takes to adopt, the process should decrease in price, become more efficient, and awareness should increase to make more homes for parent-less children. The adoption process should be made easier because it creates a better environment for a child to be raised in.
In contrast, adoptions can create diversity within the countries while lowering the rates of homeless children. Wherever a family decides to adopt from, each adoption differentiates depending on the environment and the circumstances. Besides giving children homes, adoption provides many benefits for the United States as well as other countries around the world. China, for example, participates in the One Child Policy that limits Chinese families on the amount of children they are allowed to have in their family due to control population.

The author writes in an educated tone to convey to her readers, the general public, that her claims are credible.
