What is Stress? Stress is a systematic problem that can have detrimental effects on many people 's lives, and there are different factors in the society responsible for this. However, there are many ways to limit and maintain the potential impacts. As of stress could be one of the biggest and most important problems of this age because stress always worsen our problems. In the past people had an easy life and they did not feel stress so much, but today their life is getting poorer and poorer by time due to stress. My friends give me the possibility to understand the problem from other peoples view. Experiences from them could be if they have encountered the same situation, and I can find out the best solution to my problem. Finding the solution, I have no stress. Moreover, we talk about many other things, for example, hobbies and things I like could make me forget my problem and being under stressed. When I am stressed by my work, it is easy to get rid of.
