What is Stress? Stress is a systematic problem that can have detrimental effects on many people 's lives, and there are different factors in the society responsible for this. However, there are many ways to limit and maintain the potential impacts. As of stress could be one of the biggest and most important problems of this age because stress always worsen our problems. In the past people had an easy life and they did not feel stress so much, but today their life is getting poorer and poorer by time due to stress. In my opinion, The two main effects of being stress are caused by people 's health and work life. Firstly, stress could affect a certain people 's health in many various ways. In fact stress is the main reason of being ill. It could cause health issues such as different aches and even heart attacks. Also, they might have physical problems like loosing hair, feeling exhausted and rotating the cycle of losing or gaining weight. Secondly, being stressed affects people 's work life badly. Stress generally makes people feel so rough. Stressed people might be offensive to their classmates so they can hurt their feeling unintentionally. Moreover, stressed people can not concentrate or focus on anything. They can be bored with everything easily and it affects their success in their career, jobs or even things they do.
