There are many reasons to why Business Process Management (BPM) is becoming increasingly important towards organizations nowadays. As it was first established in the 90’s, more and more companies use BPM to improve the quality, as well as helping them to achieve goals. BPM is very important to foster confidence and trust between employees, which can then promote efficiency in the workplace.
