Some even value social media over all else. I will be giving an argumentative point in how social media is both positive and negative in this essay. In Jayasree Roy’s Role of media in our society she says, “ In today 's world, media becomes as essential as our daily needs.” This is very true as we have seem to depend on any form of media to go about our daily lives. It may not seem it but you probably depend on media forms a lot more than you think. Roy then goes on to state, “ Media of today is playing an outstanding role in creating and shaping of public opinion and strengthening of society.” Media has such a large influence on how the bulk of people who view that media will feel.
