The abstract is a distillation of your thesis: a self-contained, concise description of the significance and content of your research.
The abstract describes your main research objectives, materials, key methods and results, conclusions and recommendations for further research. The abstract must be understandable even to people who are not familiar with the topic. Avoid charts and tables, unless

1.1 Infant Cry Signal
The infant cry signal consists of expiratory and inspiratory phases separated by bouts of silence. The signal also usually contains background noise which may be contributed by the environment in which the recording is done or by the recording equipment itself. The signal may also contain non cry vocals produced by the infant which is usually referred to as fussing. It has ben observed that these non cry vocals usually precede or follow a cry utterance. Following is an example of a cry signal.

In the context of cry signals the cry utterances both, expiratory and inspiratory, are the regions of interest on which the further analysis would be performed. Hence these must be identified accurately in the presence of background noise and non cry vocals in the signal. One solution to this problem is manually annotating the signal using some sound editing software e.g. Audacity. This method is subjective, time consuming and prone to errors.Moreover it becomes impractical if the data being dealt is large. In such cases there is a need for an automated method to be developed. 1. Audio Segmentation 2

As a result of searching the existing literature, the researcher was able to obtain data that correlated exceptionally well with the research topic. Indeed, the researcher gathered pertinent information from secondary sources; however, the primary sources of data were needed to draw a logical conclusion of the research at hand. So, the next step was major section III, Research Methodology. Being
Mowat’s Rhetorical Strategies The book “Never Cry Wolf” is about a scientists who goes into a flat tundra in northern Canada to study wolves. The scientists name is Farley Mowat, and he explains in the book that wolves aren't savage beasts. He has many different ways of doing so at first he found out that it’s not even the wolves who have been killing the caribou it’s the eskimos in the area who have sled dogs to feed along with themselves. In the book Mowat finds out that the wolves are actually only eating the sick caribou and field mice. Mowat gives factual evidence that the wolves aren’t savage killers.
One is to “articulate the research problem and objectives”. Two is to “develop the overall research plan”. Three is to “collect the data or information”. Four is to “analyze the data or information”. Five is to “present or disseminate the findings”.
In the news article, Girl Moved To Tears by Mice of Men Cliff Notes, written by the onion uses multiple forms of satire to produce its tone towards the topic. The tone in this article is sarcastic, judgmental, and a little bit humorous towards the idea of Cliff Notes. The author believes Cliff Notes are pointless and people who read them instead of the actual book are lazy. In this article the author uses parody and sarcasm in order to convey the point of view and tone of the news article. The main satire used in the new article written by the Onion is parody.
The DSP processor checks for the frequency range between 32-40 Hz. If the range is between this, then the person is considered to be under stress or addiction and the processor runs a look-up table which contains the digital samples of binaural beats. The samples produce sine wave with a difference of 10 Hz. These two waves are sent on each side of the headphone. Fig 10.
In most cases of any scientific paper or academic works, the abstract will answer the most basic question like; why/project the study was done, what was done in the study/project and in if so how, what was found in the project/study as in results/observations, what these findings might mean, if there was any. [1] 3. The authors exposed seedlings to two different Carbon dioxide levels, soil temperature, and light conditions for one growing season. The two Carbon dioxide levels were 392 µ to a 784 µ , the two soil temperature was 17 and 22 degrees Celsius, and the two light conditions were 100% and 30% of the original 100%. 4.

Infants will cry to begin interaction with the caregiver; when the caregiver responds properly, the crying will encourage attachment behaviors (Fannin and Hamblett, 2006). Cries may indicate that the baby is hungry, uncomfortable, lonely, in pain, overstimulated, or tired. Thus, caregivers must evaluate the nature of the cry for the meaning behind it. Cries, particularly those of the youngest infants, should be viewed as cries of distress (Schon and Silven, 2007), as newborns do not have the ability to soothe themselves when they are
Burns and Grove (2009) state that abstract is a clear, succinct outline of a study, usually between a hundred to two hundred and fifty words count. Also, abstracts are short outline generally
In this process the baby is aware of its existence with the help of discrete senses and feelings;
The first year of a child’s life is spent communicating entirely through nonverbal means. Infants use every part of their bodies to convey their wants and needs as their parents and early childhood educators respond to meet them. Examples of this are reflexes, such as opening their mouths when hungry. Also, crying and whole body movements to demonstrate feelings. Another way that is interesting in infant nonverbal communication is allowing infants to play with each other.
In this seminar, Building Peace through Transpersonal Understanding, our focus is to learn about nonviolent communication, conflict resolution, and transpersonal peace. Nonviolent communication, or called NVC, is “a way of communicating that leads us to give from the heart” (Rosenberg 3). The intention of nonviolent communication is to help people better express, communicate, and relate with one another. The process of nonviolent communication allows the most genuine and basic feelings, needs, and thoughts to be conveyed. After comprehending the skills from nonviolent communication, we may then use and apply it for resolving a conflict.
A baby is governed only by its drives and only the id is present at this stage. An infant seeks immediate gratification which is achieved through its mouth – feeding, crying, and oral exploration of the world around it. Disturbance of the oral stage may result
Chapter two; Literature Review The entire research journey is based on few important steps which can also be recognized as research process involving certain measures; to be carried out effectively. This process includes (Library, 2015); 1. Framing of a particular research question 2. searching and examining the relevant literature studies 3. Management of the accumulated search data 4.
