The Grade 10 perception is a variable that explains the opinion of every Grade 10 students in choosing their strand. This variable also discusses the factors and the reasons that will affect the Grade 10 students in choosing their desired strand, also, the readers of this research will also get some important information and ideas that analyze the Grade 10 student’s decision-making.
According to Harrison and Treagust (1993), they stated that there's a systematic approach to teaching. The easiest way for students to know the topic is by showing figures, pictures, text, and etc. to demonstrate what really happens. This study from Harrison and Treagust (1993) has developed a high level of proficiency in the use of basic approach into learning and it appeared that the study knows the needs of those Grade 10 students. Because the students understood the concepts presented via approach, it was concluded that the student's perception understands the concept presented, it meant that it was compatible with the expectations of those Grade 10 students. Dietsche (2013) recognized the importance of career guidance to plan their future lives, especially on their workplace. This journal helps the Grade 10 students to properly discuss the effectiveness of employment, education and training programs to increase and improve their self-esteem that K-12 practices, to continue to motivate learning in junior high to senior high school level and also to receive enough information to make informed choices about their career path and emphasize the need for career development.
