After the introduction, Business Background comes as the next chapter which provides the reader information about the gold industry in India and about the business model of S.R. Sons Saraf in the context of the value chain of the gold industry. Literature Review helps in clarification of the research by providing information from previous studies. This chapter contains information from published sources, journals, and articles relevant to the current study. Next, the Methodology chapter explains how the empirical part of the research was conducted by describing the research strategy, data collection and the sample size. The analysis was done in two different phases. The first one involves a risk assessment by using a probability- impact matrix and the other one was to do a capabilities audit. The risk assessment was done by identifying various risks associated with the gold jewelry industry and then analyzing which risks are most significant for S. R.
