Operation process management is the foundation in ensure standardized approach to all activities performed. It’s not easy to for each operator to afford any possible current environment exchange that enforce to the operator adapt and do some adjustment in their operation process. Another reason the adjustment into their operation should be made, to ensure that the will grab more opportunities to reduce failure from lack of update new information and incurred inefficient cost and time. This will derive to losses and reduce the value of the operator competitive. Business Process Management (BPM) by academic Michael Hammer in early 1990s is a business strategy that focuses on the analysis and design of workflows and processes within the operator company. The theory aimed to make the operator company essentially rethink how it do its work in order to improve customer service, cut operational cost, reduce inefficient time spend and become world-class competitors.

Process reengineering into operation workflow process focus from up until ground the activities involved. Start with the operator vision, mission, objective company, strategic goals and customer need.
