• MORE FLEXIBLE – eLearning can be done in short chunks of time that can fit around your daily schedule. Unlike public scheduled and in-house training, you don’t have to dedicate an entire day to the training that has been organised by your company. Instead, you will have a set amount of learning, normally divided into modules, with a deadline in which to do them in. This way, if you want to do all of the learning in one day as you work better this way, you can. However if your schedule doesn’t allow you an entire day off your everyday tasks – then you can easily spend an hour or 2 here and there at times that suit you.
• MOBILE – As eLearning can be done on laptops, tablets and phones – it is a very mobile method. Learning can be done on the train, on a plane or any other time that could normally be wasted. Whilst

A lack of routine or fixed schedule can mean eLearning becomes complicated with various deadlines often given to different people at different stages of their learning.
• LEARNING APPROACH – It doesn’t appeal to all learning styles so some learners will not enjoy the experience. It is still a challenge to make eLearning appeal fully to different groups as different people learn better or worse using different styles. Some may prefer images, some prefer just reading words and some prefer to talk about or actually do a task in order to learn.
• ISOLATED– A lot of questions are a lot easily answered when face to face with someone when you can guarantee an instant answer. eLearning often doesn’t allow that with trainers often having to answer numerous questions all of the time and only doing it within working hours – where a lot of learners may prefer to do their learning out of working
The essay, The Seven Lesson Schoolteacher, by John Taylor Gatto addresses educational curriculum with a cynical truth that transpires around the United States. His brutal honesty grasps the reader by using common sense and a hint of sarcasm to appeal to humor. The main point of his argument in my perception, states that we must develop children to be critical thinkers and not always agree with authority. By allowing the schooling in a child’s development expecting them to not question an adult’s words does lead to a population that has accepted being dumbed down. Following what has been indicated, a direct quote positions people deprived forever of finding the center of their own special genius (Gatto, part III, pars 3).
Time management has been one of the most substantial hurdles of my scholastic and professional career. Many of us waste our time on things that are neither important nor necessary, instead of using that time for something of that is meaningful. To capitalize on the use of time management strategies and reach my Doctoral Business Administration (DBA) program goals. I will execute two specific time management strategies, for example, accessing and planning a weekly schedule while adjusting my daily schedule. Time management will help me maximize the use of my time and reach my ultimate DBA goals of completing each assignment.
Trainings are not only beneficial to the citizens, but the department as well. Instructional time is justified by the degree of need for the training. For example, there is a high need for high performance CPR training because it is a skill used every day in the department, however the skill needs drastic improvement to meet new AHA standards. Because the department is so large, about 1,100 employees, most trainings are done asynchronously via online instruction or at the station level with your shift supervisor. This keeps staffing to a minimal and allows for less tangible items, therefore reducing cost to participate.
As a teaching assistant you can give children and young people the tools to building relationships by modelling appropriate behaviour. To encourage trust and understanding, it is necessary to ensure that children understand instructions. Whether for an activity or a fire drill, any miscommunication of instructions can lead to misunderstanding and feelings of unease. When giving instructions it is important to make them simple and concise so that children can remember them.

Edmundson also compare the online teacher to a school teacher.

One of the key to the successful teaching of physical education is the use of a broad range of approaches and methodologies. As it is acknowledged that schools, classes and teachers will vary, some methods will suit particular circumstances better than others, and the nature of the strands themselves necessitates the use of a variety of teaching methods. There is a need to examine the teaching methods which will best enhance the achievement of the objectives, taking factors such as the content and context of the lesson into account, as well as the needs of the learner. TRAINING: DEVELOPMENT: Training is the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies as a result of teaching. Training is a program organized by the organization to develop knowledge and skills in the employees as per the requirement of the job. Development teaches how to become more productive and effective at work and at the company. Since Tesco aims to expand and diversify, that required the business to select the right people, in the right place, because customers’ needs and wants are different and the culture of each area varies. Tesco need to have flexible employee who are able to adapt the change in order to satisfy the customer.
Think of your favorite sport and imagine a game where one team was losing (the most recent Super Bowl springs to mind) and managed to overcome a large deficit to take the win. Momentum sparks confidence, so despite being on the losing end, a spark of momentum reinforces the idea that they may be down, but they’re certainly not out. That confidence then carries the team through the rest of the game, and sparks the comeback. We’ve seen it time and time again, and it probably has happened to you personally. Have you ever felt under the gun as you worked to meet a deadline?
On the other hand, knowledge or skills taught during the training might not be useful or practical to use in real life

This will also save the time of both. Social interaction is where you don’t understand about the homework or even the lecturer slides to be asked in the group discussion through social Medias such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Skype and many more.
