1.1 INTRODUCTION For developing economy like Malaysia, telecommunication industry are planning to significantly contribute to the domestic objective of succeeding a fully development country status by 2020. Few theoretical researchers have attempt to describe a model quality because of the complications involved in developing and determining the theory. Besides, (Parasuraman & Berry, 1988) established a model in which they opposed that customers were compare the service they predicted with perception of the service they received in the evaluation of service quality. In the telecommunication industry, the competition is extreme and needs that marketers to have the capability to be responsible for superior customer service which serve as a difference benefit over competitors (Zairi, 2000). The broadband service or also named as Streamyx were introduced on speediness at 384 Kbps (Kilobits per seconds). Concurrently, the highest speed of Streamyx were advanced to 4Mbps (Megabits per seconds) in June 2007 and 8Mbps in January 2013. In 2008, TM joined a public-private partnership with Ministry of Energy, Water and Communications (MEWC). Based on this partnership, they launched a nationwide High Speed Broadband (HSBB) which is a broadband service with speed of 10Mbps to 100 Mbps for home services and upgrade to I Gbps (Gigabits per seconds) for business supplied throughout fiber optics. In March 2010, TM introduced their following model HSBB which is retail service called "Unifi". Unifi is a broadband service that used fiber optics to supply high speed internet, phone and IPTV services to customers' buildings. National customers were delivered a packages of 5Mbps, 10Mbps and 20Mbps of Unifi plans. 1.2.2 TM
