D&J Plastics is a Midwestern manufacturing company specialized in developing made-to-order plastics parts for industrial use. D&J Plastics is a fairly successful privately owned company with a projected revenues for FY2015-2016 of $15 million. To stay relevant in this ever-growing and competitive marketplace, the top management at D&J has deemed necessary to expand the current in-house engineering capabilities and to develop new products for their customers in the automotive industry.
