The United States has had many astonishing leaders and one of them is Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He became inaugurated as President in 1933 until his death in 1945. Franklin Delano Roosevelt was born on January 30, 1882. He is a very famous President and you can see pictures of him on buildings, monuments, and memorials. Franklin Delano Roosevelt was also known as FDR. He was a very fine leader but he had some flaws. He created the New Deal which helped get Americans out of the Depression. Also, he gave people hope.
