Pregnancy by month – month 7.
Congratulations on entering in the final third trimester of your pregnancy. At seven months pregnant you are in the twenty seventh (27) to thirty (30) weeks pregnant, and probably about twelve (12) weeks until your labor. Your baby is preparing to meet the outside world and it’s going trough the rapid psychical and mental changes.
Most women enjoy connecting with their growing babies, but it’s also very characteristic to feel discomfort during this trimester due to your drastically changing body. After all, you are creating a new life inside of you. Symptoms of discomfort may vary from every pregnancy, and you may experience different changes to your body.
Changes in mother’s body:
• Mood swings – don’t worry if your mood swings are back again, or appeared for the first time during your pregnancy, it’s a completely normal to feel them as a result of a high concentration of hormones in your body which are preparing you for the labor.
• Shortness of breath – you probably feel out of breath and tired easily. As your growing uterus pushes your diaphragm upwards and putting pressure on to your lungs it may feel hard to breath sometimes. You should rest more, and make pauses between your daily tasks and activities. This feeling may vanish as you get closer to your due date, because your baby settles

After the labor it will all get back as it was, and you will be able to wear your old shoes again. It’s normal to have a certain amount of swelling, but if you notice swelling in your face or puffiness around your eyes, more than a slight swelling of your hands, or excessive or sudden swelling of your feet and ankles, contact your doctor as soon as possible. What I have learned from my decisions and rationale from the solutions that I implemented in round four, five, & six is that one major decision can change a positive or negative course of your company in a matter of a year. As a result of my decision, the company faced financial hardship in year four but demonstrated its defiance against economic crisis in years five and six by making smart and concise choices to improve the business margins on most levels. In year four the company struggled immensely due to the product positioning in the market and forecasting issue which led to excessive inventories the outstrip the company cash flows, negative ROS ( -3.2%), ROA (-2.4), ROE (.3.7) and a negative profits ($1,214,319). Also, the firm stock
Panic hit my parents. It 's senior year, I just got accepted into UW Tacoma and they see the tuition fees. They were already in shock when they had seen my Application Fee was 70 dollars. Since we are residents of Washington my tuition fee is even higher; being about 5 thousand dollars more; the estimated tuition fees for nonresidents costs $34,791, not even counting the cost of living and supplies. The estimated costs to live on campus is $11,962 per year, which still doesn 't count the costs of food; which the estimated cost of food per year is $512 but, that is just for a meal card for their cafeteria not even counting outside expenses.
Your research question is one most nurses have questioned at some point in their career. I have felt the feeling of annoyance and dread when starting my shift and realizing that my elderly patient has an IV that was placed 4 days ago, and per policy it must be changed today. Sticking the patient again for a new IV seems cruel when the old is still functioning correctly. Many times, I have questioned if the benefits really outweigh the risks of starting a new IV simply because the old is expired.
I agree. In some cases, knowing that you have a mutation and will be affected with the disease could be very emotional for an individual. One never knows how they will respond to the result and pretesting counseling may not fully prepare the individual for the result. One question that has been raised is should genetic counseling be allowed for diseases that are not treatable? It is thought that if an individual knows they will develop a condition that has no treatment it could cause psychological harm, stigmatization, and possible discrimination.
The Week 4 assignments are addressed on how to use the observational tools in order to evaluate the development and create the activities that promote young children 's development. For example, assignment 4.3 Running Record is one of useful observational tools that educators can use. It requires sensitive observation and writing skills in order to collect detailed information. By using the running record, educator can use the data to evaluate the development of the child and create helpful activities that will help the development of the child.
1- Talking about inspirations, I need to divide into three different categories: concept, style, and material. The idea for this series of drawings comes from human life cycle and I visualize it based on my personal surreal imagination. The human 's life cycle always start by a zygote, then the zygote becomes an embryo, after born there are two main stages, first is before adulthood when there are many conflicts and variances that shape the personality, another stage is the adulthood when the character is totally formed and all those conflicts become part of the personality. During the whole cycle, changes are needed for the evolution. I decided to show these changes with limbs and their different gestures which express diverse feelings.
I think the objectives set forth in Healthy People are a step in the right direction. They set goals that may not always be reached 100% but they are realistic and attainable. They always show improvement in areas that need work. However, there are some discrepancies that definitely stop the progress that Healthy People has set forth.
1. After reviewing the discussion resources, list three things you learned from them and explain why they are important. According to Statistics & Reports (2016), “Every three days in Arizona, someone dies in a domestic violence related incident” (para 1). This information is important to know so that one can understand how devastating domestic violence is in our state.
Week 9 Chapter 12 focuses on planning before the class. The author mentions that planning can remind teachers what they intend to do during the class, and it is also helpful for class observation. Although class planning is important, sometimes things do not always on the right track. Therefore, teachers have to be flexible and change the plan accordingly. The aim of the plan is to have coherence and variety.
This journal entry will discuss a follow-up with the instructor about the issues from a previous assignment and clarify some questions about the final research proposal due in week six. In addition, some of the problems are the hypothesis and framework to finish the final paper. After talking to the instructor, she pointed out that the self-care deficit theory could help tie up some loose ends and finding resources that support that will help to put my final proposal together. Furthermore, the journal articles and other data collected discuss self-care and compassion fatigue and burn out and all the information that has been gathered should be enough to write the final research proposal. Journal 5.4 Initiate a Call: Research Proposal
Christmas is not a happy time for everyone. Some individuals actually find that their mood suffers during the festive period as a result of the cold weather, a lack of family and friends or the winter depression seasonal affective disorder (SAD). The good news is that if any of those symptoms sound familiar I have 4 festive tips that can help improve your mood this year. 1) EAT SOME MOOD BOOSTING FOODS: The foods you eat can have a major effect on your mood. Consuming large amounts of poor quality foods can lead to your blood glucose levels surging and falling rapidly which results in feelings of tiredness and moodiness.

This phase of Prenatal development is marked by the longest duration and surprising change and growth. During the third month of your pregnancy, the sexual organs begin to differentiate and form all parts of the body until the end of the moon. At this point, the fetus weighs about three grams. The fetus continues to grow both in weight and height, although a large proportion of physical growth occurs in later stages of the pregnancy. The end of the third month marks the end of the first three months of your pregnancy.
You become worried about your physical and psychological states. Not to mention the added things that you should carefully think about like baby names, pregnancy health and care, which foods are safe to eat, and your baby’s movements. You are able to deal with everything despite of all the changes that are happening to you while thinking about more changes that will occur when your baby is born. If that isn’t awesome, we don’t know what is!
