Samantaray (1971) researches on teacher effectiveness have established the fact that teachers attitude and teachers effectiveness are positively related. Examples of these attitudes include wanting to teach and “doing it from the heart” enjoying the work, being dedicated to the job and to the children. Positive attitudes towards teaching and one’s own performance can in my view significantly contribute to classroom success; there is also the positive interpersonal relationship which is necessary to foster a connection between the teacher and students. Participating in student activities, enjoy being with them, caring for them, being interested in them and trusting them displays a positive attitude. Hence the fact that research has shown that “Success in the classroom is mapped to positive behaviours.” Samantaray (1971).
It also implies to be caring and understandable and above all enhance learning. An effective teacher should be able to provide effective teaching and learning process. Dealing with the tasks about “differentiated instruction”, “motivation”, “disciplines”, and “thinking skills” has broaden my mind better about what they are. During my reading for the assignment, I have been able to understand each theory which is link to the point mentioned above. Moreover, I have learned how to apply it during my teaching in classroom so as to increase positive response from my students.
Teachers also mentioned that the action research process made them more aware of new strategies and confident to try them. Ferrance (2000) and Sax and Fisher (2001) found similar results; action research gives teachers more confidence in their own work. Teachers appeared empowered and confident in regards to daily and future pedagogical practices and
Teachers play a key role in students’ education and achievement. It has an impact on the growth and well-being of the children, as teachers help in molding students. Rapport building among teachers and students will have a direct impact on achievement. Indeed, when they feel loved, trusted and cared for, the students will be more eager to work in class and this will have a positive impact on the results. At school, teachers have to encourage students to take up extracurricular activities, as well as to excel in their studies.
the most important link in the chain of education reform. Teacher satisfaction influences job performance, attrition, and ultimately, student performance” (Hall, et al., cited in Shann, 1998, n.p.). The findings that there is a strong relation between job satisfaction and work performance are consistent with Usop et.al, (2013), that a teacher who is satisfied with his/her job is also a productive worker. In addition, if the teachers are comfortable with their job, they will develop and maintain high level of performance. Teaching learning process make more efficient and effective situation that could supply more highly competitive learners inside the classroom and for the work environment.
Usefulness of operant conditioning for teachers Discipline is important for child’s success and development. Operant condition has been found very effective to get good behaviors from the students by applying in the class room. Under this theory teachers can give immediate feedback to students likes smiling face and saying words like “well done” “great effort” I like you work”. The satisfaction child gets on spot lead child to behave well in the classroom there onwards. Through this kind of positive reinforcement the child will be engaged in learning just to get impressing from the teachers.
2- Good planning: A good planning takes the students’ attention and helps them understand better. When teachers plan their lesson in a good way, they can provide their students with multi of resources that may help them a lot. With the help of raising questions, some guidance, flexibility, knowing how to stimulate the students and having their attention to participate will make the lesson perfect. Good teachers should make the lesson meaningful by using any possible mean to make the lesson easier and more interesting. They should prepare the methods in which they will explain the subject.

Supporting teachers, involving them in decision-making, acknowledging their expertise helps in increasing morale of teachers. Thus, teachers’ morale serves as an important component in promoting the teaching-learning environment in the
Students felt that they better understand teacher expectation when rubric was provided to them. Students stated that understanding the expectation of teacher, format of the task and the resources necessary to complete it were all important in doing high quality work. “Instructional rubric was helpful in general. We are able to carry out the task with the expectation of teacher’s desire.” ITESRJ6 “Rubric helped me to fulfill the teacher’s expectation and as a result I managed to score high marks in the given task”.ITESRJ24 Rubrics were used by students as guidelines to work towards teacher’s expectation. The criteria and performance-level descriptions in rubrics helped students to understand what the desired performance is and what it look
