They have only three main branches at the right time in Jid-Ali, Riffa and Arad, so its distributing channels are limited to few areas in Bahrain, but they are located in small sections in two malls to figure up its customer satisfaction, after they success with pasta they started to introduce additional types of food and that also at lower price than others, they succeed again in this field due to its delicious taste. Pasta express need to build up a strategy to sustain and get the competitive advantage over the others for further more generations not only this age group, and this can be happened by adopting more modern and flexible strategy to accept the changes and the development smoothly, they should use a rational strategy that consist of different priorities to continue the way to success and to drive internationally not only locally. The priorities that shaped the strategy are quality, cost, location, employment, discounting scheme, contingency plan, and loyalty cards.
