Japanese restaurant Milano-Sushi Yokohama Fusion is our one of the potential competitors. They located in our restaurant area and offer the Japanese food. Restaurant Yokohama has a quite popularity among tourist. They located near the famous Duomo Cathedral.

Milano-Sushi Yokohama offers for guest traditional Japanese cuisine as us. They are offering traditional Japanese cuisine for their guests. Also they offered unique Fusion specialties, always innovative dishes. One disadvantage of Yokohama restaurant is they do not have a big kitchen. They are space area is limited.

We offer a product, which is already available on the market.
Milan is the popular city among tourists. Every year Milan has visited millions of tourists. As a result Milan has a lot of hotels and restaurants which different type of cuisine. Japanese cuisine is also popular in Milan. So, Milan has a several type of Japanese restaurants. In this area we have high competition. Every time we should improve our service and food in order to be best.

Increased government taxes
Today Italy government increase taxes. Our restaurant has to pay more taxes than before. It effects for our budget and profit.
