Obamacare is really called The Affordable Care Act and it was created to increase health insurance quality and to make sure that anyone including some poor people can afford it. Also, Obamacare requires them to cover for pre-existing conditions. In other people’s opinions they think that some poor people don’t have enough money to pay for health care because they’re not spending it wisely. Some politicians are trying to replace Obamacare with a new medical plan. I think they still should have Obamacare because poor and sick people can afford it and if we get rid of it then those poor people can’t have health care. Twenty million people have health care since Obamacare started on March 23, 2010 that didn’t have health insurance before. Since the first five years of Obamacare has happened the amount of savings for prescriptions is over fifteen billion dollars (Roland, The Pros and Cons of Obamacare). The fifteen billion plus dollars in savings has helped more afford those prescriptions and drugs. They’re many stories of how Obamacare helped save people's lives. Another reason to keep Obamacare is because of the enormous amount of saving for drugs and prescriptions.
