Despite operating globally the leadership program for PWC has an increasingly regionalised focus. In the program, all employees who gain or are about to gain partner status are required to engage with communities in a locally managed setting. This is generally conducted within countries that are considered developing in nature, and members are required to apply their expertise to projects with the incorporation of local influence. A key example of this is in Laos, where direction was provided to community for the establishment of a national grid. The program therefore draws heavily on the human resource base of the company and its primary concern is developing ethical and resourced individuals who will provide leadership to both PWC and the associated global community. The utilisation of this program has been a great success and a sound long term investment for PWC. The resource based view is however, primarily concerned with the increased capacity that can be brought forward by such an investment. The program management involves a careful selection process which is followed by an induction phase. PIA SW explained to her that the reason it was closed was because she had informed the worker that she was moving out of State.

Individual Reflective Paper Introduction Leadership, a controversial concept, has been studied for centuries.
