Reflections – Personal What was the most frustrating aspect of working with your client? [My client is a person who is always looking for a reason to worry. If it is not one thing it is another. [I noticed depending on how I asked a question the client was more or less willing to answer a question. I could ask a question she might not like to answer but if I reframed the question she was less hesitant to answer.] As a young professional, what do you need to improve? [Figuring out how to ask questions without being blunt.
