Sugway is Modern mode of movement of people invented by an American named Dean Kamen, an (electric bike) represented a small wheel. It consists of two wheels and steering wheel and a small base between two-wheeler parking person who wants to move it, and managed by electric power, produced by Segway Company, which was founded by Dean Kamen for the production and marketing of most parts of the world after the attacks on satellite channels in the scientific programs and specialized.

These advantages are extremely helpful in a lot of different niches, where Segway could be successful. First niche is sightseeing. People that travel a lot found out the reality that they and their kids become weary through the long-time walks. Segway assist tourists to go long distances. For example, paris the city with more than 15.6 million tourists each year. Segway is not good thought to use in the thoroughfare of Paris, because there are many available buses in the streets. In spite of this fact, it is so useful in the museums, such as Louvre. This museum is one of the world's biggest museums and a historic monument with an region of 60,600 square metres (652,300 square feet). Here, Segway is needful thing for tourists, because all of them want to see as much as possible. The second niche is ski resorts, where people can simply go to up the street. Segway is equipped with adequate amplitude to make such walking to the mountains. Third niche is police. Segway helps policeman to patrol the confirmed areas. For them the main advantages are raised podium, mobility and visibility. But, policeman in Kazakhstan, Russia and other post-soviet countries would not utilize Segway, because the majority of them are equipped with automobile. Therefore, Segway again is helpful for the large cities with traffic problems, such as Paris, London and New-York. The final niche where Segway should have targeted at first is rent centers. The point in such rents not just in the tourism, but also in avoiding the traffics. For example, a businessman that commonly use automobile is being not on time for the meeting. This man can find the nearest Segway’s rent center and take Segway. It helps him to be in time, not weary, not worried and being listening carefully in the meeting.
