But then, when it comes to operating technological materials and technological advancements, most are left behind. They can’t easily learn how to operate a computer or make a PowerPoint presentation. This means that, their way of teaching in today’s modern generation is very old school. Some may consider that their teaching approaches or styles are being left behind, too, because learners of today’s generation are looking for something that would make them get interested and motivated to learn. Technological materials are somehow effective in the teaching profession because with the help of different technological materials, the educator can easily catches up the attention of the students, and therefore, can easily impart learning to them. The objective of this study is to determine the implications of the advances in technology or the use of technology inside the classroom to the Veteran teachers. From the book ‘Principles of Teaching and Teaching Strategies’ written by Zulueta & Sevilla (2012), this law adheres to the saying that “practice makes perfect.” Since the veteran teachers are not yet ready in incorporating hi-tech educational learning and teaching devices, the institution or the school administration needs to provide training programs or workshops. These training workshops will help the veteran teachers learn how to properly operate and manipulate hi-tech learning and teaching devices that they will integrate in class
