The impact of technology on learning and development has been and will continue to be all-encompassing and revolutionary. Given the mind blowing pace of technology development and the increasing orientation, aptitude and preference of employees towards a more tech-friendly world, learning and development has eagerly absorbed technology as an essential component of its function.
It is seen that technology has pervaded multiple aspects of learning and development to impact businesses in a meaningful and permanent way:
