"I am busy, I 've no time, I hate it, no use", usually these are the reasons for most of the youngsters, when it comes to exercise.
Nowadays, they don 't even care and realize that exercise is one of the most important things in our life, other than education. This happened because of youngsters in 21st century are missing motivation and desire to exercise.
They may feel lack of motivation because of widespread technology development that has changed our lives. With TV 's, computers, video games, smartphones, gadjets and even social media, our Y generation become lazier each and everyday. They would rather to spend most of their time with this technology instead of exercise for a better healthy lifestyle.

First, high school students should not be required to take P.E. classes every year of high school because some kids don 't need to take a p.e. class, children that are healthy, fit and have good habits should be able to opt out of P.E. classes in favor of classes that support their chosen career path. We know it will be good for us, but we can never seem to drag ourselves to do it. Total sports played have plummeted by nearly 10 percent. People were curious why this was happening, so studies were conducted to find out. The researchers found out that there have been added pressures by three main sources, parents, coaches, and self pressure.
