It is most valued to a leader because it is the gateway for inspiration and trust. Honesty is important to become a real and an effective leader. A good connection will always be build up between the leader and his peers if there is honesty between them. Honesty leads to a better and more productive relationship. POSITIVE ATTITUDE: Positive attitude is a must and an essential element of the team for maintaining good and long term relationships.
