I have decided to apply to UW Madison for many reasons. Madison has everything that I could ask for from a college as it contains a beautiful campus with fantastic facilities, an advanced education system that consistently ranks as one of the best in the country, and a great student population that makes it easy to fit in and make friends. UW Madison is the best college in the state of Wisconsin due to is mix of academics, opportunity, and the ability to meet people and have fun. As a student I would be active and participate in many of the student organizations that are offered. Joining a student organization would be a great way to get involved, and to meet new people!
College Goal Statement Healthcare has long been known for being the most rewarding, demanding, and rapidly growing fields. However, from a young age, I knew that my purpose in life lay within its realms. I would watch medical shows like Untold Stories of the E.R and play with one of those plastic doctor kits trying to emulate the television. That is when I decided I wanted to be an Emergency Room doctor. Throughout Middle school career, I got high marks in science as I found that more interesting than anything else.
When I decided to go community college, I knew that I would not be satisfied with only attaining an associate’s degree. It took me ten years to return to school, and I decided that I would make it the best experience of my life. Therefore, I set my goals high: I would work hard and apply to schools that I previously thought might just be a dream. Each school that I have chosen appeals to me for various reasons.
Out of Harvard, UCLA, and UC Davis. I would definitely pick to attend UCLA. UCLA has always been my dream school since I was kid. Although, I did not know what I wanted to major in, I still knew I wanted to graduate UCLA. The price is a little too much for my parents, so I would have to get a lot of scholarships to help me pay for the tuition.
When my older sister went off to college, I had never seen a more driven, mature and intelligent 18 year old look so terrified and reluctant to leave her home just a few states away. Caroline had spent the majority of her high school years stressed, angry and tired, holed up in her single room acing more APs than I can count with two hands. My sister knew from the time she could read that success meant getting into an Ivy, even if the price was throwing away all human contact or not. Myself, was not so sure. I had been shaped by a front-row-seat to the 24-hour shows of a hormonal workaholic—years spent listening to crying, yelling, and disturbing silences from upstairs in Caroline’s room taught me that in order to earn a college acceptance,
Community colleges and the American dream The American dream, is dreamt by many, but achieved by few. The road to prosperity and success is tough, but with hard work and dedication, the dream is soon to become reality. Personally, I believe Community colleges benefit in many ways like; saving you money, offering more time to decide your future and it allows your voice to be heard.

My Goals and Life Missions Goals and achievements are concepts that push individuals to think more about what they want to do with their lives and the various possibilities the future could hold for them. Many of these individuals began thinking about these concepts in high school, including me. Thinking about all the choices I could major in, I chose nursing because of my desire to help others. Becoming a nurse is going to be a rewarding job choice that will come with many obstacles, but I will know when I have achieved my goals. Helping people has always came easily to me, whether it was calming down an upset child or taking care of my sick family members.
