Doing a project is a general activity in business regardless what type of project and size of project. Plus, different projects have different goals. For example, research and development project aims to create a better quality of fruits while the main objective of business project is searching the customer wants so that the business can create or improve the existing goods that meet customers’ requirements. However, not all projects are going so well such as incomplete projects and not achieve the main goal even though the project was done. As we know, resources which includes tools, personnel, capitals and facilities are vital in order to get the project tasks done smoothly. So, project tasks may be running smoothly if the team have right project resources. To demonstrate, if the project has plentiful value of money to carry out the project, there will be no problem to buy equipment and hire workers. In contrast, the project might not enough tools and personnel if there is no enough funding which lead to the inefficient project tasks. Moreover, having skilful workers is a reward for the project team as it can save time and money. To clarify, an experienced chef could find and create a new menu and taste in only three days whereas a group of beginner chefs might produce the new menu in one week.
