Doing a project is a general activity in business regardless what type of project and size of project. Plus, different projects have different goals. For example, research and development project aims to create a better quality of fruits while the main objective of business project is searching the customer wants so that the business can create or improve the existing goods that meet customers’ requirements. As we know, resources which includes tools, personnel, capitals and facilities are vital in order to get the project tasks done smoothly. So, project tasks may be running smoothly if the team have right project resources. To demonstrate, if the project has plentiful value of money to carry out the project, there will be no problem to buy equipment and hire workers. We assigned 50 people to the project which is more than enough to help achieve our intended goals and the start and finish times of our scheduled project activities.
