One of the problems of Domino’s online ordering system is they didn’t inform the customers about their store status.If the store is busy due to high volume of transaction, they should not accept any new order at that time. It is because they have to serve the dine-in customer first followed by the take away customer. Therefore, they will ignore about the telephone and online order customer and the customer have to wait for more than one hour. This may cause some inconvenience and lead to the customer dissatisfaction about the late delivery. Besides, there is a out of stock situation that sometimes the workers will reject the order . It is because of insufficient ingredients which is impossible for them to do and accept the order. Then ,the customer will complain about the systematic problem and feel disappointed to Dominos. It will damage the reputation of Dominos and also lose the customers followed by the profit.
