Since then, organizations are now realizing the importance of maintaining an inclusive workforce consisting of all generations working together for the good of the organization. The Baby Boomers, Millennials, GenX’s and Traditionalists are employees that make up today’s typical organization. Each generation may have different expectations and values based on their generation. Consequently, these differences could possibly trigger workplace conflicts, stressful situations, poor work environments, miscommunications, and or reduced productivity. Organizations that are seeking to create a diverse work environment must be willing to address any underlying issues regarding generational differences.
Throughout the progression of this class, I took various assessments that measured my preferred workplace attitudes. Each assessment measured different parts of my attitudes, and behaviors, within the workplace. I can honestly say, I learned a lot about myself while taking a few of these assessments. This paper will better explain who I am and focus on the key assessments that I felt were important to me. The first assessment that we took was about my attitude toward workplace diversity.

The whole system focus of social work is universal, but the priorities of social work practice will differ from one country to the next, and from time to time depending on historical, cultural, political and socio-economic conditions.
