An organized environment simply makes learning more easy. Disorganization means that one must spend valuable time searching for things that have been misplaced or thrown away accidentally. This is pretty much the essence of procrastination, a deadly trap that sneaks up on students when they least expect it.
• Sometimes, there are not so many things to add to the study environment that make the biggest difference. It is rather what a student removes from his environment that determines how successfully his study session unfolds. Environment should essentially be a Distraction Free Zone, which can be done after removing absolutely all people, noise, and visual movement distractions.
• Environment must be comfortable. For this purpose, pupils can create comfort in 3 distinct ways. Firstly, the room temperature of study environment must be comfortable and on the slightly cool side. The second advice to achieving comfort has to do with the clothes the student wears while studying. Ideally clothes should be loose, soft and smooth to touch. Finally, desk and seat should be as comfortable as possible which let students study for extended periods of time without too much
When you first walk into the classroom you unknowingly familiarizing yourself with your environment, for example; you notice the low buzz of the air condition humming above you, the navy-blue standard school chair, cold to the touch from hours of vacancy, the four posters posted on the beige bulletin board that reminds you of the color of your tea after you have poured too much cream into it, or even the ten unfamiliar faces staring straight at you. There is a white board in the front of the classroom for when there are assignments or notes that need to be taken. The smooth grey tables have two outlets in the middle that allows students to charge devices if needed. There is also an orange and black cord that wraps around and in-between desk like an out of control jungle vines. Everything in the room has its own place and
As a student do you ever feel stressed or overwhelmed by the amount of homework or studying you have to do? This is why I believe that schools should provide an in-school study hall. With this, students will be able to work on their work and study in a good environment. Providing a study hall has numerous advantages; the most evident one being that the students will be able to get their work done in a good environment with help all around from teachers, and it eliminates the excuses of kids not being able to get their work in on time. With a study hall for everyone students can get work done before they have practice and before they even get home, and they can practice time management with how they spend their time when they get home.
Even though students have been taking standardized test for decades, parents and educators are just now realizing that standardized testing could be harmful to students. Standardized testing has been a problem , causing controversy since the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Although standardized testing helps pinpoint weak spots and evaluate students progress, it can cause students to have mental health issues. Stress has been a top leading issue students have to face from standardized test for the past few years. Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.

“There are so many accountants but it’s so difficult to get somebody, who is a new graduate, but already knows [the job]. [Their] college education should have prepared them for that.” – Lucy Tarriela, Asst. Treasurer, Employers Confederation of the Philippines.

U1 AC 2.1 - Explain ways to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment. A number of ways to establish a safe and supportive learning environment is to stay within what is deemed as conventional rules and disciplines. A typical class room layout is rows of desks and chairs facing the front, it is the usual expected layout for learners and encourages them to accept conformity, something as simple as sitting on the chairs facing the front of the classroom is reassuring to the majority that the class is safe. In days of yesteryear the students would be expected to stand up when the teacher entered the room and wait for permission to be seated, thankfully those days are in the distant past and now it is acceptable to remain talking until the teacher is ready to begin class.

Education has always been an important tool that everyone seeks to better their lives in the future. Many see positive effects of schooling, one of which, students become more educated than they previously were. Stress refers to a dynamic interaction between the individual and the environment. In this interaction, demands, limitations and opportunities related to work may be perceived as threatening to surpass the individual's resources and skills. Stress is any physical or psychological stimulus that disturbs the adaptive state and provoked a coping response The increasing interest in stress research is probably because we live in a world that includes many stressful circumstances and stress has been a global phenomenon. It has become an integral part of life and is said to be the price we all pay for the struggle to stay alive.
Stress involves interaction of the person and environment. To quote a definition: “Stress is an adaptive response to an external situation that results in physical, psychological and / or behavioural deviations for organizational participants” (Luthans, 1998). Stress has generally been viewed as a set of neurological and physiological reactions that serves an adaptive function (Franken, 1994). Traditionally, stress research has been oriented toward studies involving the body's reaction to stress and the cognitive processes that influence the perception of stress. However, social perspectives of the stress response have noted that different people experiencing similar life conditions are not necessarily affected in the same manner (Pearlin, 1982).
Study Habits Many students value the importance of education as it helps them to achieve their goals in life. Study habits are the ways of a student to improve their ideas academically. Study habits can also be done through positive and negative actions of a student. Good study habit refers to reading articles, writing notes, listening and reviewing lesson for the advantage of learning.
Teaching is not controlling, but rather working with the students to learn, grow, and succeed together. By having strong student-teacher relationships with students, the classroom will be a place for each member to express their feelings and work together. Academic success depends on these close relationships and guidance that teachers and students have with one another. Classroom management aims at establishing student self-control through a process of promoting positive student achievement and behavior. Thus, academic achievement, teacher efficacy, and teacher and student behavior are directly linked with the concept of classroom management.
