1. BUSINESS BACKGROUND
1.1 Identification of a Business
To improve access to health care in rural and urban areas, Dr A.Mookadam is to start-up a new family medicine homoeopathic practice. The business will be owned and managed by me as a sole proprietorship. The responsibility for ensuring the general health of patients and creating a viable and profitable business medical practice is to be attained. Through the first 2 years, Dr Mookadam (I) will work closely with advisers from my field to get the practice on a sound financial and operational footing.

1.3 Location of Premises
The premises will be bought by me and paid over a 15 year period. It is located just off Columbine Avenue in Winchester Hills and has parking for 20 cars plus a generous carport, as well as a wide driveway entrance for patient and emergency vehicle convenience.
Diagnosing and treating conditions of all ages and highlighting preventative medicine and the overall health and wellness of my patients will be emphasized .The practice will utilize new equipment and a trained staff that will be able to optimize the care of every individual. I will be assisted by two employees: a medical assistant and a receptionist and will be responsible for the expenses during the first years of practice until profits and stability is established to assist with the expenses thereof.
