INTRODUCTION: Any language proficiency is improved with the development of LSRW skills as the communication skills is the buzz word in the current global scenario. Efficiency of communication competence is very much necessary for professional student. Success rate of communication depends upon the clarity and skills in gathering the required information.
We were assigned to prepare a report on “EPOWER” Industry which manufactures Solar frames, transmission towers, cell phone towers and traffic poles .This enabled us to have different language experience and made us to know how to use English Language in different contents in multifaceted ways. LISTENING SKILLS: Listening skills is the most important attribute of effective communication. As a project was all about gathering information about the particular Organization, Hence Listening Skills played the major role.
SPEAKINGSKILLS:
Secondly speaking skills are important in a project as we had to ask various kinds of quality questions to clear or doubts. Even mental interaction among the team mates is also important. Hence, Speaking Skills also come in picture.
WRITING SKILLS: In our survey we made use of writing skills as we had to note down all the information that the concerned person gave us. Thereby we made notes on the whole process ofmanufacturing of Solarframes, Transmission towers, cell towers.
READING SKILLS:
Reading skills are equally important but here in our project we don’t use it much. Here our whole aim is to listen to the concerned person. Write down notes and ask them questions just for the review purpose we made use of the reading

After visiting the company, the manager welcomed us and asked the incharge to explain about everything that the facility does. We also observed how they process their raw materials and then use them to manufacture their products (Solar frames, poles, towers) with the help of the machines. We noted the important information and interacted with that person and finally collected all the information required in order to prepare a report on that industry.

They tried to develop the industry, but they got less number of contracts. So, the industry was in a huge loss. They sold the Industry to a person named V. Satya Narayana in the year 2013.Then the industry was remodeled and the quality of the raw materials were increased. We are effective at asking for opinions and elaboration on questions and statements to create a better group understanding. On various group assignments and RAT study guides, if we had different answers or questions about how a member arrived at a certain answer, we were confident in the ability to question one another for clarification. We can sustain this strength in the future by continuing to come prepared to meetings with assignments completed or dividing up work and asking for clarification on ideas we are confused about or answers that we differ from one another in.

Introduction: The process of communicating successfully with our family, friends, co-workers, business associates and people is one of the most critical skills.
