Working in a hospital setting doesn’t always allow for healthy patient or the nicest patients and having an organization that takes that into account is beneficial. I think it is important to have an ethics statement so that individuals can see the foundations on which an organization operates. One benefit of consistent high ethical standards is higher customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction can produce repeated business from the customer and valuable word-of-mouth endorsements of your organization to other potential prospects. Research shows a strong relationship

According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, honesty is the quality of being fair and trustful. I have always wondered why people succeed and are considered of great importance. Many tend to succeed through illegal paths, which will vanish faster than they think. Real businessmen build their heritage slowly, step by step through honest actions and decisions. A person who’s honest is not weak or fragile, instead, dares to practice honesty, to be considered trustworthy, and to be transparent in everything they do.
