There is a lot of problems that's facing our community it may be social, economic, political, region, or educational problem and our government do their best to solve this problem that we have and trying their best to make the people live in peace and comfortable but as you know every society cases are unstable and if one of the Community Institution has a problem the other institutions will be affected. Now I will talk about 2 major issues that I think that it's important and we can solve it and improve it in many ways.

Saudi nationals prefer to have the job in public sector and they are over 92% of Saudis there and that because they don't be afraid of losing functionality, not like the public sector that may go bankrupt and make their employees go out without their will.
