Now a days, the conventional learning which stress on teacher centered is started to left. In 21st century learning, the learning is emphasized on student centered. The learning processes are mostly give the big change to the students to experience their own learning. It emphasized the emerging autonomy and responsibility of students to take charge of their own learning. Students are required to be more active, creative, and explore the materials their selves. In hope the learning process can lead the students being self-regulated learner. Various personal characteristic can be a person’s motive, attitude, past experience, interest, and expectation. For example, those who have positive attitude toward particular things or situation might view it in completely different way from people having negative attitude toward it.

Environment influence the perceiver’s point of view to an object or perception.
Situation factor in environment such as time, location, climate, a person’s state of mind, and other factors play an important role toward perception
3. Past Experience
People perception might be influenced by their past. For example, if their past experience bad on something or situation, it can influence their perception toward another thing. 4. Target and desire
