To be a successful organization, there are required to manage some resources such as human resource, technology resource, financial resource, physical resource. Among them, human resource is a key factor for an organization. Because other resource depends on human decision. Therefore, it commonly recognized to use the strategic approach to people manage is known as ‘Human Resource Management’ or HRM.

Before representing about the strategic HRM, it needs to identify ‘definition of strategy’ which indicates for every organization.
(Johnson el al. Cited on Mullins, 2007, p. 529) represent strategy means ‘The direction and scope of an organization over the long term, which achieves advantage in a changing environment through its configuration of resources and competences with the aim of fulfilling stakeholder’s expectations ’
So, according to my point of view, strategy is a key factor for every organization. Before setting up the strategy, organization needs to analysis external environment by using PESTEL, SWOT or Porter’s five forces and so on. Then, the organization establishes strategy with defining the scope, require a resource for change to get competitive advantages.
Now, it needs to explain about the “Strategic Human Resource Management” for the organization.

SHRM is focusing to increase the emphasis to be smooth employee communication, actively involves their tasks, highly professional skills and strong ability for an employee, enjoy their working environment in organizations.
