We walked outside of the resort to our car instead of taking the bus to the theme parks. As soon as I stepped outside the sun hit me like a hammer. It was a melting summer day in Disney world. We hopped in our rented car from the Orlando airport and followed the navigation to a different place that I have never heard of in my ten years of going to Disney World. We pulled up to the place and it said Disney Raceway.
I then yawned before surrendering out of my bed. Sprite was my child. Every night that I return home from work, Sprite immediately greets me with warm kisses and a helicopter tail. We went to the dog park every Saturday morning followed by the food market, and whatever else was on the agenda for that day (normally just cleaning or relaxing at home). Sprite never left my side, and even some days, when I got up the courage to ask, I would ask my boss if I could bring Sprite into work with me.
While driving home from school, I could not believe that I was finally going to Voodoo music and arts festival. The moment I walked through the gates, delicious aromas such as pizza, gumbo, and jambalaya occupied the air. I then walked to the stage where my favorite artist G-easy was performing it was an out-of-body experience listening to incredible music while dancing
I experienced a very courageous vibe when I passed by the house, as if he was there on that night. The last place we went to see was the Battleship Cove, which was a giant ship displayed as the largest series of World War II naval vessels. The Battleship Cove is a nonprofit nautical museum and war memorial, and the view was absolutely outstanding. The whole eighth grade class took a “Boston Trip” photo in front of the massive ship, and definitely created another memorable, fun time together. At last, we went back on the buses for another dreadful long ride back home, though the drive to dinner was very encouraging.
Whispering Canyon Cafe at Walt Disney World is an amazing place to eat and rest after a long day at Walt Disney World or a place you can just eat. There are a wide variety of food for adults or kids. Not to mention Whispering Canyon Cafe is located inside an Walt Disney Resort hotel and only a bus ride from a Walt Disney World park so the location is ideal for a family vacation. During your meal the waiters and waitresses host a toy horse ride for kids where they run around the room and play music. Make sure you ask for ketchup during your dining experience, doing so would lead to your waiter or waitress yelling “ketchup” really loud and before you know it your entire table would be flooded with every ketchup bottle in the restaurant, sitting
Now the wedding celebration officially begins: everyone eats drinks, dances, socializes, speeches are made. The party at the reception hall will on well through the night, I remember coming home from some weddings around midnight and others around or even after 2:00am. Then of course the married couple will head off to their home. As we know there are some of the same traditions with American weddings. When I had my wedding, I woke that morning and headed to my venue to finalize the decorations for the festivities.
That morning there were noisy small birds chirping and very bright colored flowers blossoming. We got up from our beds and got dressed to got to my aunt's house because yearly she has an Easter party and invites the whole family. We all get together and play inside of this huge inflatable bounce house/ water slide. We had fun there just throwing ourselves from the top of the bounce house. Then I got tired and went to walk the dog for my uncle.

Imagine being a little opening that new Barbie Doll present you had been waiting for a year. Totally, the feeling I got when our car pulled up in front of that blue and white house on Berry Gordy (Grand) Boulevard in Detroit, Michigan, last Spring. From the parking lot I could see the line was extremely long, but I really didn’t care because my only thought was getting to that front door. While waiting in line some of the people waiting along with us started what I would describe as a mini concert out on the sidewalk singing The Marvelettes “Mr. Postman” and attempting the dance moves that made them famous it was amazing!
Alabama Trip My mom and and dad told me in December that we were going to Gulf Shores, Alabama to visit my grandparents.Gulf Shores is the southernmost town in Alabama, located on the north coast of the Gulf of Mexico. I have been there twice when I was little. I remember that I collected seashells and went swimming with Boppa in the pool. I felt happy that I was going to Alabama again. I like seeing my grandparents and I like that they are still there.
Then Christmas came around on the ship, and all of us Club O2 teens were laughing, dancing, and having a good time. All of us realized that we were all family on this cruise. Next we continued celebrating our joyous spirit.” Alexander contributed to the conversation,” Sounds like an interesting time over there Mr.Hicks.” I said emphatically, “ It was enjoyable.” It was nine o’clock and told the kids to go to sleep, and i told the two boys, Alex and David that they can sleep in the guest room upstairs on the couches on either floor. The boys went upstairs and all of us fell
I remember that morning perfectly, Macy and I left to begin our road trip to Florida. We woke up at 5:00 a.m. ,and her grandparents were coming to pick us up at 5:30a.m. to begin our trip. We went to bed late the previous night because we were just so excited to be going together and so we could sleep in the car. Talking about the pictures we were gonna take, the places we would go, the beaches we would see, shopping, and more.
Go cubs go November, 2, 2016 the Chicago Cubs won the world series. On November, 4, 2016 they held a parade in Chicago. At 8:00 in the morning I woke up to my parents telling me to get ready. I put on my Cubs shirt, ate two eggs and ham, then went straight to the train station. As we went through each stop all you could see was blue and white shirts, hats, and W flags.
Despite the drastic price increase. So, about 5 months later, I was headed to Boston. June 25th, I was dressed for success and ready to get on my first ever plane ride alone. After, an hour or so of lines and security, I was waiting and ready to board the plane. Luckily, I had met a girl from Hannibal who was also attending the congress meeting and it seemed like all my nerves and worries disappeared and I was ecstatic to get on that plane and get to Boston.
was the second stop on the Thorn family’s spring break vacation of 2013. The day before we had visited the much anticipated (at least by myself) city of Hershey, Pennsylvania. We toured the chocolate factory and admired the kiss-shaped street lamps. Our Marriott hotel, into which we promptly checked in and stored our bags, resided across the river from the nation’s capital in Virginia. We spent our first afternoon in the city, walking through museums, lounging on the mall near the Washington monument, and taking pictures by the capitol building.
