I wound up changing different drafts of my papers in these classes. I feel like this is something essential that I have learned from these classes. Learning to reexamine and determine mistakes to have the assistance of my associates or my professor is something that will incredibly help the nature of my writing. I had a feeling that I was a solid writer coming into this class however now having the capacity to adjust my writing to distinctive styles and having the capacity to make fitting and compelling revisions to my work I have a feeling that I am a more finish English student. The learning method was suggested by a teacher and it just stuck with me. I get this ability to put all my ideas into one place while it illustrates to me where my essay has the potential of going as well. Furthermore, stage two of my writing process is constructing an outline. In the past, outlines were an inconvenience to complete because high school writing classes I had to put in little effort. However, when I got to college and had to grow accustomed to developing ideas and writing papers each week outlines became an essential part of how I get to the end goal.
When it comes to writing essays, everyone is unique in their own writing style. This means that each individual person has their own successes and failures within their writing. If someone grades or peer edits my paper, it gives me the opportunity to understand how I can improve my writing. After I have done my research, questioning everyone, and jotting things down on paper, I work on my outline. The outline is the most important part of my writing process because it where I, in a way, write the first draft. My outline has the introduction, body paragraphs, and the conclusion.
Having been assigned readings and having discussions about the readings during class, I soon realized that writing is about an argument being made with supporting evidence. I take a lot of time to do simple things from taking notes to creating rough drafts for all of my homework assignments. Second, I do need time to think and sort my thoughts without this my way of expressing my thoughts or ideas can become convoluted. I take time to make sure that all my work will be understood by all who read it even though I a big fan of vocabulary. Third, I also have to take the time to read and review all of the work from each course. I will continue to do all of this as I further my education.
