Medical students communication with real patients affect greatly on their learning process specially on improving their ability of linking between clinical experience and theoretical knowledge.1, 2 As a result, satisfaction about medical students is important. The emotions , attachment that is a combined with dealing with real patients will shifts the students perspective about diseases from solid information to perceptible information and this is a corner stone in medical education . As a result, real patients will always be the best resource in medical education. The perception of patient toward medical students not only important to understand the levels of patients satisfaction and opinion but also important in reassuring medical students that their presence and their contribution to patients care is
