The purpose of this report is to create awareness of safety for reduce the problem facing by Malaysia citizen. The report is including individual and government how to avoid get harm from someone else .Most accidents and incidents occur either when people fail to recognize a potentially harmful situation or when they fail to take preventive measures. Raising public safety is a growing concern because of the dangers that currently pose to individuals as well as society .At every arena of public life ,it is important to implement measure to ensure public security so that health and normal life is always maintained . Different country have their own rules and regulations on how to maintain safety .However ,the society and public have to be more aware now than otherwise because they are faced with a lot of danger from various corners and it is important to be aware of what steps to take from the citizen for protection in the event of an attack . Goverment normally will create campaign of teaching how to be self protection .They will create awareness of safety by inform them how to keep safe in the event of accident that are likely to arise and also against thefts and other social problems that might be prevalent in the neighborhood in which they live. The result of this factor analysis is used to develop an improvement agenda for the relation of developing countries.
