PT, my preceptor, and I communicated about an order issue for a patient. The PT felt uncomfortable performing PT while the patient had a Doppler order to rule out DVT. Therefore my preceptor and I called the physician to clarify if this was still an active order, since it was 4 days old. Hello, I hope this email finds you well. As a result of many unpleasant findings during time spent working at Tris, I have no choice but to resign. I have been held responsible and reprimanded for things all resulting from incredibly poor training/no training at all, I have had my hours cut reprehensibly (down to half their original time on random shifts), and I am now the only Tris Manhattan Beach employee who has not received their schedule for the month of February. I find all of these to be incredibly disrespectful of my time.

These reasons have greatly impacted the graduates’ of higher education institutions all over the world in obtaining a stable career. These reasons include the surrounding environment, students’ attitudes, insufficient use, lacking of listening skills and lack of confidence. Firstly, one of the main reasons why graduates are not able to communicate effectively, especially in English is due to the surrounding environment.
