Work Experience as Training Ground of Knowledge, Skills and Abilities The results proved conflicting views between the universities, graduates and employers. It is normally thought by the graduates that their education and abilities were enough. Students were deliberated by the universities to be well equipped for change to the workplace. Unluckily, employers concluded that fresh graduates do not have sufficient abilities for employment, mentioning unrealistic hopes for greater wages. The reinforcement for industries is tough to play a greater part in the improvement of employability especially of graduates, both inside or outside the proper course arrangement. It is not astonishing since everyday work experiences are recognized to add to three vital areas of competence. First, knowledge and applied skills are essential in specific occupations and jobs. Second, connection of knowledge to the work organization and community. Lastly, knowledge that helps an individual to evaluate one’s work and ways of working and acting. Educational foundations help workers to extra improve their understandings about work and also their technical and analytical skills. Skilled or experienced employees can work competently and effectively. An employee with good experience in the job has a potential to become a leader because of his knowledge, skills and abilities acquired during the course of his work.
